  • We keep those access logs for at least one year, as the DPDP Rules require.

If a breach affects your data, we will tell you without delay what happened, what it may mean for you, and what we are doing about it. We will also report it to the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Rules require.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and institutions. These pages are not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. Our webinar for schools is for staff, not students. If we learn we hold a child's data without verified consent from a parent or guardian, we will erase it.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date and version number. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
