1. Introduction

Voliature (“Voliature”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is building Aura, a personal AI app for smartphones. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit https://voliature.com or join the Aura waitlist. The Aura app is not available yet; it will have its own privacy policy before launch, describing how it handles the sources you choose to allow.

2. Information we collect

• Waitlist details you give us: your name, email address, the type of phone you use and, if you choose, a note about what you would like Aura to do.
• Webinar sign-up details you give us when you register for one of our webinars: your name, email address, mobile number, school name and position.
• Enquiry and call-request details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company and, if you choose, a message or a preferred time for a call.
• Messages you send us by email.
• Usage data collected automatically, such as pages visited, browser type and device information, if analytics are enabled on the site.

3. How we use information

• To keep your place on the waitlist and tell you when Aura is available;
• To send you the joining link and reminders for a webinar you registered for, by email and WhatsApp, and, only if you agreed, DPDP updates afterwards;
• To confirm by email and WhatsApp that we received your enquiry or call request, and to reply to it;
• To reply to your questions;
• To understand what people want from Aura and improve this website; and
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website (such as hosting, storage and email delivery), when required by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Emails we send you are delivered through Resend, and WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform; both receive only what is needed to deliver the message, such as your name, email address or number, and its content.

Our webinar sign-up page for schools uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. When you visit that page, Meta receives information such as the page you visited, your browser and device, and whether you registered. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.

5. Where information is processed

Voliature is based in India. Our service providers may store and process information in other countries, with safeguards appropriate to the service.

6. Data retention

We keep waitlist details until Aura launches and you have been invited, or until you ask us to remove them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

We keep webinar sign-up details for 12 months unless you become a client, or until you ask us to remove them.

7. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to take you off the waitlist, subject to applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
