AI agents & workflows

Agents that know
where to stop.

We put AI where it's reliable and keep your people where judgement matters — so your business runs better six months from now, not just in the demo.

Our position

We won't automate everything.
On purpose.

Most agent projects fail the same way. We build the other way round.

Automate everything

  • Ships fast, breaks quietly
  • No one signs off
  • Mistakes compound for months

Our approach

  • Repeatable work runs itself
  • Risky work needs sign-off
  • Mistakes get caught early

So where exactly is the line? →

02 / 08

Where the line sits

Every task gets a place on the ladder.

  1. 01

    Runs on its own

    Repeatable, low-risk, easy to undo.

    • Sorting and routing incoming requests
    • Pulling data out of documents
    • Reconciling records across systems
    • Preparing internal reports
  2. 02

    Agent prepares, a person approves

The agent does the work; a person signs it off.

    • Replies to customers
    • Updates to important records
    • Reports that go outside the company
    • Follow-ups on sensitive accounts
  3. 03

    Stays with your people

    Judgement, accountability, no undo.

    • Refunds, payments and pricing exceptions
    • Legal and contractual decisions
    • Hiring and people decisions
    • Anything that can't be undone

Where each task sits is decided with you, based on your business — and it can move as trust is earned.

How we decide

Four rules behind every agent we build.

01

Every task gets a risk check first.

How often it happens, what a mistake would cost, and whether it can be undone — before anything is automated.

02

Autonomy is earned, not assumed.

Agents start supervised on your real work, and get more room only once they've proven reliable on it.

03

When unsure, it hands over.

An agent that isn't confident stops and passes the task to a person, with the context they need. It doesn't guess.

04

Nothing runs unseen.

Every action is logged and monitored, so you always know what was done, and why.

Here's what that looks like in practice. →

04 / 08

What we build

Three things, used together or alone.

01

Agents

Software that takes a goal and works through the steps to reach it — researching, drafting, updating records — within the limits you set, and handing off to a person when a decision needs one.

02

Workflows

Dependable automation across the systems you already run: the same steps, done the same way every time, without anyone copying data between tools by hand.

03

Augmented language models

Models that answer from your own information rather than the open internet, with checks in place so answers are accurate to your business, not just fluent.

05 / 08

Where it pays off

Horizontal by design — we don't assume your industry.

  • Support triage and first-response drafting
  • Document processing and data extraction
  • Reconciliation and data entry across systems
  • Research and lead enrichment
  • Recurring reporting
  • Employee and client onboarding

How we work

Map → Prototype → Supervised rollout → Earned autonomy.

We document the process before we automate it. Automating a process that isn't consistent just produces faster chaos.

  1. 1

    Map

We trace the work as it's actually done today, exceptions included.

  2. 2

    Prototype

A working version, tested against real examples from your business — not a generic demo.

  3. 3

    Supervised rollout

It goes live with a person reviewing its work, so mistakes are caught before they matter.

  4. 4

    Earned autonomy

Only the tasks it has proven reliable on get to run unreviewed. The rest stay supervised.

You end up with a working system in your own tools, with monitoring, a runbook for your team, and full documentation.

Credentials

Built by Claude Certified Architects.

Our architects hold Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect – Foundations credential, which tests the judgement behind production AI systems: when to use an agent, where its limits are, and how to make it reliable. It's the same judgement this page is about.

Working with us

Straight answers, from the people building it.

We'll tell you what not to automate.

Sometimes the right answer is a simpler workflow, or no AI at all.

You work directly with the architects.

No account manager relaying messages between you and the people doing the work.

One process first.

A contained first project, scoped and priced before it starts.

You keep the documentation.

What's built is explained well enough that you're never locked in.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Will this replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive load off your team so they spend their time on the work that needs judgement — the part agents shouldn't be doing anyway.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

It's designed so mistakes get caught: routine tasks are easy to reverse, costly ones need a person's approval, and every action is logged.

Why not automate everything?

Because the savings don't survive the first expensive mistake. We'd rather automate less and have it hold up for years than automate everything and unwind it in months.

How long does a first project take?

Mapping a single process typically takes one to two weeks; a working first version follows within a few more, depending on the systems involved.

What does it cost?

Every project is scoped and quoted before it starts, based on the process and systems involved.

What happens to our data?

We work inside your existing systems wherever possible rather than moving data to a new platform, and scope access to what each project needs.

What happens when it breaks?

Every deployment includes monitoring and a clear handoff to a person for anything outside its scope, plus a runbook so your team isn't dependent on us for routine fixes.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

No. We start from what you already use, not a migration.

Tell us about one process worth fixing.

A 30-minute call is enough to know whether it's a good fit for an agent — and if it isn't, we'll say so.
