1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Voliature's DPDP compliance pages at https://voliature.com, including our free calls, free roadmaps and webinars. By using these pages, you agree to them. Voliature is based in Chennai, India.

2. Not legal advice

Voliature provides operational and technical compliance implementation, not legal advice. The content on these pages, including the DPDP guide and readiness checklist, is general information. Compliance decisions remain the responsibility of each organisation.

3. Free calls, roadmaps and webinars

• They are free, with no obligation to buy anything afterwards;
• A call request is a request, not a confirmed slot, until we confirm a time with you;
• A free roadmap is based on what you tell us on the call, and is yours to keep; and
• We may change or stop a free offer at any time, but not one we have already confirmed with you.

4. Paid work

Any paid engagement is covered by a separate written agreement with a fixed price, quoted after the free call. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

5. Using these pages

Please don't misuse these pages: no false or someone else's details in our forms, no attempts to break or overload the site, and no automated scraping or bulk submissions.

6. Our content

The text, design and graphics on these pages belong to Voliature. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit, but not copy or republish them in bulk without our permission.

7. Liability

We work to keep these pages accurate and up to date, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Voliature is not liable for any loss arising from relying on the general information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
