These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Voliature (“Voliature”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and of the Aura waitlist. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
2. About Aura
Aura is a product in development and is not yet available. Features, examples and plans shown on this website describe what we are building and may change before launch. Using the Aura app will be subject to its own terms when it is released.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not guarantee access to Aura, a launch date or any particular price. You can ask to be removed at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.
5. Intellectual property
We own all rights in this website, the Aura and Voliature names, logos and brand features, and the content we publish. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voliature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voliature is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
