5. Fees and payment
Fees for our services are set out in your service agreement or order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to our website, software, and services, including all related intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as necessary to use the services as intended.
